You’re correct—private messaging is now only available to Silver and Gold members. There are a few reasons behind this decision:
- We’ve made the sale and wanted sections accessible to all members for posting.
- We want to encourage members to engage in the forum discussions so that solutions and advice can benefit the entire community rather than being shared privately.

Hi, can you let me know the error message that you were seeing? so that we can pinpoint where the issue could be we need to know what errors are being seen by our users.
I also bought a subscription and expected to get more exclusive content.

Generally this is in indication that the pin number needs to be entered, as you have no image on the screen obviously you are unable to enter the pin number.
I would suspect that the video engine is at fault.

I will look at adding something more to the home page, I know the current boxes only give a snippet of information.
In the interim, I have added the dropdown and search at the top of every page. I hope this helps.
