It is possible that the gearbox is failing, I would recommend sending the log files and reaching out to product support. They will look further into the log files and advise.

When the stand stops working, can you still see the stand listed on the menu? Settings -> Sound & BeoLink

Have a look at the system voltages, are there any showing red? Settings -> Sound & BeoLink -> Service -> voltages (I think thats where it is)

That is correct, you are a founder member  as shown on the forum, your profile shows the level of membership that you have, this would be Bronze, Silver or Gold.

I would suspect that the issue would be with the larger of the 2 motor, this can cause the unit to shut down.
I assume as it has been to B&O that it is not the motor drive circuit but the motor itself.
