GOLD MemberI’m looking for the Beocenter 9500 service manual.
This has been added 👍

GOLD MemberThe motherboard can be returned to the factory for repair. The repair partner should do this.
A couple of options before getting the repair done, you could try
Clear application cache, this can sometimes help.
Factory reset – This will stop you being able to login to google or any apps if they are still used.My B&O Icons:

GOLD MemberOnce you click on the image, it seems to be zoomed in to the smaller thumbnail version of the image.
If you click the image again you should see some arrows to go left/right – click one and it should show you the full size image.
Just working on resolving this. it should just show the large image when clicked. My B&O Icons:

GOLD MemberThere is another little update to the inline images. when images are uploaded it should automatically scale to a smaller size and be presented on a grid format.Once the post is submitted, the images will be clickable to enlarge them. Please let me know if there are any issues.

GOLD MemberThat’s correct, we remove all the rubber/plastic parts before the anodising process. The studs dont need to be removed, they survive the process.
All the lettering is added after the process so we can have a consistent finish across all the aluminium.
We are processing more in the original colour vs the colour options. My B&O Icons:

GOLD MemberReach out to your local service provider or store.
Allow remote support via the app.
The store/service provider will log into the speakers and check for issues along with sending a log report to denmark.
They will need to know the serial numbers of the speakers. My B&O Icons:

GOLD MemberYou could check to see if the balance on the BeoCenter 9000 is correct.
If set too far to one side you would have a similar issue. My B&O Icons:
