Hi,
All sources disappeared in NL/ML Converter.

Yann.
Hello,
In my case, speakers are 15 cm from the rear wall and 60 cm from corners.

Yann.
Hi Beoworlders,
After a few days of testing everything goes well.
Note that I do not use my Beo5 and 6 that much as they are part of my secondary system.
I’ll let you know if things turn bad.
Kind regards,
Yann.
Hi,
2 batteries delivered yesterday, one installed in a Beo5.
Placement was a bit difficult as they seem to be very slighly bigger than the original one (especially near the cable outlet).
Charge failed with a 7,5 w phone charger, but was successful with the B&O one.
After one night out of the charger the remote displayed full charge.
So I’m satisfied for the time being.
Regards,
Yann.
Hi,
Strike on the workbench?
Only 2 topics listed.
Regards,
Yann.
Mark,
Yes, PM are useful and it would be nice to have them back.
Regards,
Yann.
It seems some topics are uncomplete, replies are partly shown.
For example this thread: https://forum.beoworld.org/forums/topic/beogram-6006-arm-not-going-back-to-parking-position/
I well remember having recieved replies on my request, but all are missing.
Regards,
Yann.
On some topics, replies are missing.
For example this one “Beogram 6006 – Arm not going back to parking position – BeoWorld Forum” (as adding a link leads to an error, I cannot do better).
I well remember having somes replies to my request and only my initial post appears.
Regards,
Yann.
I tried to add a link in a rteply to this topic as I noticed something strange.
Submitting the post leads to “there has been a critical error on this website” message.
Tried several attempts, all failed.
Regards,
Yann.
Hello Beoworlders,
So happy to see the website up and running.
Regards,
Yann.
Hi,
Happy to see Beoworld online and thanks for the work done.
Small bug: after login I get a error 404 message.
Kind regards,
Yann.
Great joke! You made my day 🙂
Hi,
Still very slow for me by now.
Same lag as mentioned by Ravsted.
Yann.
Hi,
Version 5.8.1.24032553275 available today. I hope it’s not the buggy version mentioned earlier.
Volume control is back on BL50 screen (Why did they made a yellow slider???).
Nothing else tested for the time being.
Kind regards,
Yann.
They have taken a crap app, revised it into something unusable? For God’s sake, at any price this is unacceptable. At today’s B&O prices this is diabolical!
I agree
@ Matador,
I remember something happened with 3rd party codes assigned on hardkeys in one of the last versions of the config-tool or firmware update.
I checked in the archive but cannot find where.
The best person to help on this matter is Keith.
Yann.
Thanks.
I’ll let you know when the batteries will be here.
Yann.
I was also in the same case and solved the problem as follows:
- Use of a NAS as dedicated multimedia storage (QNAP TS-251), the music library is managed in the NAS with the built-in softwares.
- Ripping all my cds to the NAS in FLAC format (using dBpoweramp software),
- Digitizing my LPs (using an USB soundcard and Audacity),
- First added Core to my setup as player,
- Then changed the Core for a Wiim Pro Plus with digital connexion to my beolabs.
As my Beolabs are pre-Mozart ones, the Wiim app on a phone/tablet gives acess to music, streaming services (a plus vs Core as I use Qobuz) and net radios. Only downside: volume control is done in the B&O App.
As BL28s have digital inputs and built-in renderer, you could have full control through the B&O app.
Kind regards,
Yann
Just an idea,
Did you keep the original battery which came with the remotes?
For comparison of the labels with the replacement ones sold on the Internet?
Yann.
Hi Matador,
After reading the 2 other threads, I placed an order on this site mentioned by Tignum:
I’ll let you know the result.
It won’t be soon, as delivery is expected within 4 weeks.
Kind regards,
Yann.
