@Multicare do you think that it is possible to transfer these subscriptions, or should we go through topics we have made and/or replied to to reenable it?Thanks in advance
I will see what I can do, there are still some issue with topics and the reply not showing, I can see the data but struggling to see how I can merge them back together without messing it all up or deleting something . ?

How do I start a new topic/discussion?
I see no button/no option for that anywhere.By the way…..the Contact page is mysterious and far too complicated.

If you go to the forum of where you want to start a new topic.
scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the start new area
Noted with regards to the contact form, this is due to our administration team occasionally looking after the emails from the contact form. We will look to see if there is something we can do to help on this.

I am working on correcting the registration date, I believe as with the previous forum it is set to when it was created and you registered.
I hope to transfer the dates form the archived forums.
With regards to your membership, it looks like it expired in February.

There are a couple of issue that we are working on in the background.
Generally the interim resolution for this is to make sure you log out of beoworld.org and then visit archiveforum.beoworld.org.uk
