Sorry to hear that you are having problems. My stereo paired Emerges updated to 1.8.10015.12366 a few weeks ago (in the middle of the night, causing much cursing) and that update gave me the option to turn off automatic updates (previously not possible when two speakers were stereo paired).
Since then, no further updates have occurred and on checking today I see that both speakers are still at the same software version, but it is showing as an update being available. I will leave them at the current version until we know exactly what has happened.
I will forward this thread to a friend in B&O’s software team to ask him to take a look…
Kind regards, Steve.

Welcome to BeoWorld! These are great little speakers, but hard to find at the moment due to chip shortages. There was one black Emerge left in the pop-up B&O store at Copenhagen airport yesterday if that helps? Please ask if you need any help connecting this speaker to the rest of your system and I will be happy to help!
Kind regards, Steve.

Yes, you got both photos (and locations!) exactly correct! Henrik will be making the video on his channel, it will launch on Thursday 20th June, it was great fun to make.
It was a great journey, I have met some amazing people and I am now starting to work through all the video footage.
Thanks for all your advice, that is appreciated!
Kind regards, Steve.

Sorry I can’t comment on any potential, unreleased or future products as this would be unprofessional. However I will be producing lots of videos on current and vintage B&O products during my visit, as well as interviews with key B&O people and insights into what makes their products so special. As well as my time at B&O’s factory, I have arranged special access to some unique historical B&O collections in the Struer area, so these will be shared with you on video very soon!
I’m also hoping to meet with the Classics team to find out more about the Beogram 4000c, so I will share as much information as I am able in a video after the meeting.
Please follow my social media channels at the links in my post above for full details!
Kind regards, Steve.

On Monday morning, I will be visiting B&O’s factory in Struer, Denmark to chat on video to some of their key people, including their Tonmeister, Geoff Martin. After that, I will visit B&O’s HQ in Copenhagen to introduce you to some of my friends from the B&O world. I will also be visiting some very special vintage B&O collections and all this will be shared on my YouTube channel. I think I will just be limiting my visit to Denmark this time, not Czech Republic! I will certainly ask B&O about their sound testing and aluminium finishing processes, hopefully I can put these into a video.
I am also very interested in the bespoke program – I’m not sure if I can cover this on this visit, but I will see what I can do!
Full details to follow next week!

That is very interesting. I am looking forward to visiting again, to see what has changed since I was last in Struer back in 2012. I am hoping to be able to share my visit on video very soon!

Yes, it is easy to connect the Beolab 7-2 to a Core, you just need this cable:-
Please note that both the speaker and the Core each need their own mains power connection.
Kind regards, Steve.

Yes, this is possible! Please use this cable to add the Core to the Tape input of the Beomaster 3000:-
Although your Beomaster 3000 receiver doesn’t have Powerlink sockets fitted, you can still connect the Beolab 6000 speakers by one of the two methods below:-
1) Connect two speakers to the headphone socket of the receiver with this cable: https://soundsheavenly.com/line-in-connection/77-241-minijack-to-beolab-line-in-using-phono-rca-sockets-one-cable-for-two-speakers.html#/2-length-1m
2) Connect two speakers to the speaker terminals on the back of the receiver using this special Attenuated Converter: https://soundsheavenly.com/line-in-connection/33-power-amplifier-to-beolab-line-in-attenuated-convertor-kit.html and then use this cable to connect the speakers to the output sockets of the Converter: https://soundsheavenly.com/line-in-connection/6-30-av-processor-pre-amp-sonos-to-beolab-rca-line-in-one-cable-for-two-speakers.html#/2-length-1m and you also need one set of these DIN plugs: https://soundsheavenly.com/beovox-passive-unpowered-loudspeakers/74-2-pin-din-plugs-sold-as-a-pair.html
Option 1 is cheaper, but the cable will be visible at the front of the receiver and this will disable any other speakers connected to the receiver. Option 2 allows the cables to be hidden and the Beolab speakers can be used along with your other speakers if required.
Please set both speakers to โLineโ mode using the small switch near the input sockets.
Hope this helps! (Sorry for replying in English!)
Kind regards, Steve.

Sorry for the slow reply, yes I can help! My website is offline over the weekend, but the links below will work from Monday morning.
Although your Denon receiver doesn’t have RCA pre-out sockets fitted, , you can still connect the speakers by one of the two methods below:-
1) Connect two speakers to the headphone socket of the receiver with this cable: https://soundsheavenly.com/line-in-connection/77-241-minijack-to-beolab-line-in-using-phono-rca-sockets-one-cable-for-two-speakers.html#/2-length-1m
2) Connect two speakers to the red and black speaker terminals on the back of the receiver using this special Attenuated Converter: https://soundsheavenly.com/line-in-connection/33-power-amplifier-to-beolab-line-in-attenuated-convertor-kit.html and then use this cable to connect the speakers to the output sockets of the Converter: https://soundsheavenly.com/line-in-connection/6-30-av-processor-pre-amp-sonos-to-beolab-rca-line-in-one-cable-for-two-speakers.html#/2-length-1m
Option 1 is cheaper, but the cable will be visible at the front of the receiver and this will disable any other speakers connected to the receiver. Option 2 allows the cables to be hidden and the Beolab speakers can be used along with your other speakers for surround sound if required.
The converter above (option 2) will give better sound quality than using the Speakerlink input of the Pentas (which are basically doing the same job of attenuating the speaker level signal). However, the best option of all is to upgrade the receiver to one that has RCA pre-out sockets fitted, as this gives the best sound quality and makes it easier to add more speakers in the future.
Ideally, I would suggest looking at the Pioneer SC-LX59, Denon AVC-X3700H, Yamaha RX-A880 or RX-V785 AV processors/receivers, all of which have audio pre-out sockets for easy connection of Beolab speakers for a Dolby surround sound setup.
Please feel free to get in touch at any time via my sponsor link below or reply to this thread if you have any questions and I will be happy to help!
Kind regards, Steve.
