That’s what I thought, thanks
So how does B&O Radio play on the headphones?

5 October 2024 at 13:38 in reply to: App Control of Masterlink Products Using Beolink Converter NL/ML #59853I have a Beomaster 7000 connected to a BL1611 which is part of a small Master link network including a NL/ML.
The NL/ML is set to a ML role of VMaster and doesn’t have speakers or an IR eye connected to it.
I can see the Beomaster sources, apart from interestingly the radio which seems to match the observation in above, in the App under the NL/ML converter but if I select one it stays on the App screen for a short time but nothing happens and then “No source” shows.

So did I and the links worked Paul
I have a Fire stick Flirc combination controlled by a PUC with my Eclipse. B&O support will probably not understand this, my installers weren’t used to it but I said I had previously trained the Flirc to use a Sony control so they used a generic Sony PUC and it worked fine.
What PUC did you use on the other televisions?
Missed being able to browse and use the site, still a few issues but coming together
I have a BLC connected to a Beomaster 7000. I can use the B&O app to use the Core to select and play a Beomaster source but if I use the BLC in the App it sits there for a few moments and the drops back to no source. The BLC is set to VMaster. What am I doing wrong.
I have updated my Eclipse, apart from the UI haven’t noticed any real difference, not sure I really like the new UI. But again I also don’t use the UI much at all, it I watch a TV programme I go straight there with the BeoRemoteOne short cut button.
Thanks to both of you, I will read the supplied link but tend to favour the non-hobbist path.

That’s very useful. Paul
Since the, relatively, new PC had built in speakers I have often used them for convenience while working. I tried the line out socket sometime ago and it worked and it is more convenient than the headphone one in my setup. Paul
I unplugged the line out from the Beoport and connected to my phone, played some music and it worked. So I put the cable back into the Beoport and it also worked! Maybe I had disturbed the cable earlier and have now connected it properly. Thanks for getting me to try this.

I do have speakers, well actually an old hifi system, connected to the Powerlink port but nothing to the headphone jack. Will try another device to the line in.

Just had a response from B&O support. It is a known issue which they are working to fix. There is a temporary solution to switch the radio back to Tunein and then back to B&O Radio, this works for me.
It might be that I migrated to B&O Radio before adding the Core.
Carola, thanks for that about the primary, I thought I had seen something like that but couldn’t find it.
I have spoken to my local dealer who sold me the core and they said the same about the preference but I already had it set. They have raised a call with B&O about B&O Radio. Will report back on response.
An update. I did a factory reset and this time I made the BLC the primary Beolink product and the Eclipse the secondary Beolink product and I can both select the Masterlink sources in the local sources screen and then choose them in the app and on the remote. I can select the Eclipse sources in the local sources but they do not show in the app or the remote. I can join a playing Eclipse source.
Still no B&O Radio and I appear to be at the last version of the software, 2.1.50871.22855122.
Paul
The app shows B&O radio but it also says the Core does not support it. Will carry on investigating. Paul
My database shows 2021-11-15. I tried running the database updater, it said successful but made no difference. Paul
It is called Loftbox, it is quite old. It does have a Sat input. From what you are saying could I not just boost the signal coming into the loftbox? Paul
The loftbox lounge cable.
