I’m about to list some Atari 2600 consoles/games on eBay on behalf of a family member.  It’s great to be able to activate the analogue tuner on my ‘retro’ BV10-32 and check that they work! 😀

I guess sound transfered via that same cable too? Bet those tones sounded top through the BV 👍

Great photos Tomas – welcome to Beoworld!

And I have realised that I never answered this question!  Yes, the cable connection was just the RF, hence sound was also transferred and worked beautifully.

When researching the sale I found that it is quite easy to modify the Atari 2600 to provide composite (or even RGB or s-video) outputs, which may be useful for more modern TVs without analogue tuners.

Ah of course. RF was so easy back in the BBC/Commodore/Spectrum days.

Gave away my non-B&O record player when I bought BS9000 in 2000. My kids (!) gave me records and wanted a player, so after 25 years it was time to go analogue again. My local dealer had a nice BG9000 fully serviced in the store.

    Hi,

As pointed out by Guy in another thread, this one is rather quiet.

    So here is my contribution.

My setup includes products from the 80s to today.

The elder: Beogram 6006 bought in 1984. Latest arrival: Beoremote Halo bought in 2025.

Everything is connected in a Datalink/ML/NL network, explained in the attached schematic.

Bedroom 2: Beocenter 9500 with Beovox 4500 (Beoworld prize draw).

Study: Beolab 2500 connected to the NL/ML converter.
Technical closet: Beogram 6006 and Beocord 2000 Deluxe. Non-B&O sources on the right.
Playing on the Beogram: 1970s demo and testing LP from B&O.
    A nice way to wake-up.
    Living-room, front : Theatre, Beolab 50 and Beocenter 2.
Living-room, rear: Beolab 8000. Halo for the 50s and Beo5 for Cabasse speakers connected to Beolink Passive.
    The Cabasse speakers.

    Yann.

It seems that the direct picture upload does not work.

I think this is now resolved – I hope 😅
