MillemisGOLD MemberSince it seems that you have some experience with the ML/NL Converter, you will not necessarily have to stick to a ML tv part!
If you want to maintain the ML there, you will need a BV10 (or a BV8-40 replacement). However, I would use the opportunity to go all in on NL (with the additional converter you already have) and look for a preused BV11.
Or rather – if funds allow – a BS Theatre and the LG tv!
As much as I also liked my BV8-40, I am sure you won’t regret that.MM

MillemisGOLD MemberHasn’t that been so for ‘ages’ already?
Or is just because – on the BST – I usually use the My Buttons for my favourite (3) stations and never looked at it that way?
This is exactly like it used to be on my ASE products.
Should that really be new on the BST?N.B.
I tranferred my TuneIN favourites long ago to the B&O Radio list in the app back then when the B&O Radio started.MM

MillemisGOLD MemberMy Theatre just got the 2.5.5 update.
In the report I find this:
‘Long press now activates PUC function’.
Anyone knows what that means….what is the purpose/benefit?Furthermore, how do you ‘add the favourite radio stations to….’?
I guess that means that it now should be possible to use the numeric buttons to go direct to one of the favourites?

MillemisGOLD MemberIt is definitely Atmos (based on Dolby Digital Plus), if labelled ‘Atmos’…….independent on the streaming service.

MillemisGOLD MemberNot many titles with DTS:X sound – and certainly not from streaming services.
Best way to send a request is to ask your dealer to forward it to B&O HQ.
Personally I have some blu ray titles, that have a DTS soundtrack – with 5.1/7.1, but none with DTS:X.
I let my blu ray player decode these – they play/sound fine on my BST setup.

MillemisGOLD MemberAlready in the previous update version support for 3rd party speakers and amps were added.

MillemisGOLD MemberIn addition to what Guy writes, a solution would be to use additional boxes on each BV6-26.
Alternatively to use ATV’s – looking up the Ocilion website there is an app that lets you enjoy all that the box can offer.
Streaming via chromecast from a mobile device also seems to be an option.I agree that you most likely won’t find any Ocilion PUCs in the tv’s.
It is a tricky situation – I am afraid that you will never get back the ease of use that you had previously.
On the other hand you may gain new possibilities (streaming from video services and alike) from a new Ocilion setup.MM

MillemisGOLD MemberI agree with Mr10 – the better choice would be to connect the player directly to the BST in order to benefit from PUControlling it/using the BROne…..if possible.
This is mostly the best way.
(Which player is it?)A passthrough function of the LG will not help, since the BST can not decode DTS:X.
You must let the player do the decoding to PCM (if it can), so that the BST becomes the base layer (5.1.7.1) to play.
Then the BST/the True Image processor will adapt this to your room……depending on your speaker setup/listening positions.Note: some players will only decode DTS to a 2 channel stream.

MillemisGOLD MemberThere are lots of videos out there how to set your ATV4K in order to get the best video quality.
This is an example of how these look:As I – now – understand it, your ATV is located in a distant room.
(This has nothing to do with the matrix, you also have)
Therefore you use the extender kit (Balun…).
It might be that this does not support the required bandwith for these settings.Best thing to do would be to relocate the ATV – if you possibly can – and plug it directly into the LG or the BST (with PUC) using a proper HDMI cable with at least 18 Gigabits per second speed.

MillemisGOLD MemberThis means that the extender kit is used for something else…..but not the ATV, right???
It is unbelievable that a “Certified B&O Installation Partner“ would not adjust an installation, that has been done less than 6 month ago for free….
….and instead demands a service agreement before doing the job. Also a certified B&O partner should prioritize the direct connection to the Theatre and the use of PUC for controlling.

MillemisGOLD MemberMatador is a very wellknown family saga in Denmark.
If I say that everyone in Denmark know this tv series – and that the wast majority have seen it – I am not lying! The series is based on an idea from the danish writer/journalist Lise Nørgård, who died in january this year at the age of 105.
It was meant to be a novel, but ended up being a series with 24 episodes.
It covers the period (in Denmark)from 1929 to 1947 – the airing started in 1978 (Danish tv – DR) and it has been aired multiple times up till now.
It is often used in schools when teaching history.Matador is the name for the social game known in english as Monopoly.
A matador is the bullfighter who leads the team and gives the bull the death blow…..a person with power and will to use it.
