Unfortunately, the weakness of these devices is the FW. As soon as something goes corrupted, it’s a gamble. I never got the screen that you had: doing the vol- + GND trick was enough to restart my device (which still works after two years). In your case, it looks like something is missing or corrupted. Maybe try again?

My Beosound Moment has the same problem with the screen flickering after re-boot (I see the B&O logo and the screen starts flashing). I really like the device and would like to use it. Are there any pics or any guidance you can provide to help solve this problem. I was able to successfully open the device removing the wood panel. Can you share some photos or a guide on how you got it to work. I’m a bit confused on how the Vol- + GND procedure works. I’ve tried it, but no luck, I’m sure I’m doing something wrong.

Thank you @seethroughyou for your insight. Unfortunately, mine is out of warranty. I was hoping that I could do something to fix it myself. Even if I can source the circuit board, do you know whether it’s a simple swap or would require software upload? I really like the device and hoping to continue use it.

So, I did let the battery drain completely and restarted it. Unfortunately, same thing continues to happen.
If anyone else has some more recommendations, please lemme know.
