With the possibility to go into the native android menu, can there be any form of additional programming or coding? If so, any possibilities to fix the gracenote link in the Moment, so we can enjoy artist / album pictures again on the songs playing? Or reuse the Moodwheel including favorite songs (inner circle of the moodwheel)

Sure there must be some technical advanced members with the knowledge to revive the Moment to original functionalities? (just dreaming of a fully functional Moment again)

I’m afraid your tablet has died on you. Had to replace the tablet twice now, both times it died on me this way, loop and after draining the battery completely dead. The tablet has very cheap and faulty components in it. That is why the Moment was EOL so soon, there where many software issues which where solved in the end. Directly after it was EOL, I guess they had just about enough stock to overcome the tablet issues for a recent period of time.

If you are able to get a new tablet from B&O you are lucky, otherwise use the tablet as a knife board, you can use the Moment itself as a device still, but need the app to operate it.

            Hope this helps

I have a problem with the Harmony powering on again after I have turned it off. The problems started after the latest software update of Harmony.

I have not completely pinpointed the issue and have send multiple scenario’s in which the problem occurred reported to B&O.

When I watch through the ATV and switch the Harmony off, it turns down and directly after switches on again. Sometimes it turns off and after a minute or so it starts up again. I found out that when I switch the ATV off in the apple menu, the Harmony switches off and stays off. But in this procedure the LG logo pops on the screen.

I think there is an software issue with the Harmony, it somehow sees active sources (apple tv switches off automatically after x hours) and starts itself again. This glitch occurred also when listening to myMoment through multiroom, the Harmony restarted somehow itself.

All in all the Harmony has made itself unstable and my guess it is related to latest software update and mismatch between sources it ‘sees’ when / while turned off.

Maybe anyone else is encountering strange behavior on the Harmony lately.

              Hope this helps.

I agree with the arguments against an update but then the Harmony must EOL soon I think. It is not the better product anymore, where the 90’s are best of class by any means. I really like the design magic of the Harmony and for that reason there should be a mk2 to be considered that can somehow compete with the Theatre. Not only sound, mainly the bass management is my personal priority

My feeling is that an upgrade for the Harmony is not so complex as stated here. There is plenty of room in the wings to add upfiring speakers. Only challenge could be the woofers, they can be positioned in the current place and with making the back a bit deeper it can accommodate bigger speakers. The Admos processing, Mozart etc is just a mainboard thing and way more space available in it then theatre. So imo it should be rather simple to make a theatre comparable harmony mk2. I would only be needed to replace the sound center, re use my speaker grills, TV and motorized stand. The Harmony then stays above the Theatre again in the portfolio, with the moving wings it adds the B&O magic. Now the Harmony is way too expensive and is in no ways better then a Theatre.

Great info Steve, thank you very much!

                    1. Does the G1 panel from LG also works with the Theatre?
