BRONZE MemberCall me a pessimist but I am guessing wireless won’t work well for me either. That is why I decided to spend the money on a receiver to test how it works in my house before taking delivery of 18s.

BRONZE MemberThat is what I am going to do with the 9s once the Theatre arrives. But I have never had an opportunity to hear 18s, but in some ways they might look better in the room.

BRONZE MemberRoom is about 15 feet by 17 feet. Seating is one end of room. Speakers just to the side and slightly behind the seating.

BRONZE MemberI have a pair of 1s I was considering using also. But, having read that with Atmos a lower level is preferred, as you mentioned, I have decided against using the 1s.
My Theatre is due next week so am looking forward to trying the 9s. My dealer is holding a pair of 18s for me that I bought, but if I decide to go with the 9s, will get a refund.Razlaw
BRONZE MemberGlad to hear the 18s described as amazing! Have also considered using my 9s as rears, but think they are too short.

BRONZE MemberI ordered a receiver to experiment with. Will help me decide if I want the 18s or not.

BRONZE MemberI have a pair of 18s ordered to use with my Theatre. Planned to use wisa to connect them. Reading this makes me wonder if I should use one of my older pair of speakers as rears with my in wall PL cables. (In wall cables are old and do not work with ice powered speakers. I have 4000s, 6000s, and 1s I could use with the PL cable)

BRONZE MemberThanks! I have removed and removed and re-added the 28s and unfortunately the problem remains. Also tried removing my Halo and now can not get it added back. App locks up.

BRONZE MemberMy wall plugs look exactly like the one in the picture above.

BRONZE MemberWhat info specifically are you looking for? They are in my office at work and can look at them tomorrow.

BRONZE MemberThat makes sense. I have wondered why they are in such short supply. I guess I should consider myself very fortunate to have been able to purchase two, of what is no doubt a very small total number of Emerges in the USA. My dealer seems to be good at getting items. When I purchased my 28s a few months ago, somehow he had new, in unopened boxes, black grills that were the limited edition ones for the first 28 pairs of Beolab 28s. I have assumed he sold a pair of the limited edition ones but the buyer did not want the limited edition grills.

BRONZE MemberNo, I do not want to sell them. I am Illinois but dealer is in Pennsylvania. There are two locations but same dealer. When I got my two they were the last two he had. That was a few months ago. Don’t know if he ever got any more.
Razlaw
BRONZE MemberThey are great speakers. I live in the USA and don’t think they have ever been officially available here. However, somehow, my dealer here in the USA was able to get some a few months ago and I was lucky enough to get his last two.
