I was able to change my avatar to a picture of my selection. Go to your profile and choose edit in the left column.

An option to change picture will appear. Worked with the Safari browser.

Note that Deezer Flow is only available if you have some of “mozart platform devices” as source, like Emerge, Balance and Level.
