BRONZE MemberGood afternoon, guys))
The logos of radio stations in B&O Radio have disappeared in the B&O App version 7.5.1.260424517 on Android 14. This bug occurs when any radio station from any region is enabled. I contacted B&O technical support, and they replied that they could not reproduce the issue.
I decided to ask you – if you use the stable version of the B&O app 7.5.1.260424517, please let me know if you’ve encountered a problem where the logos of radio stations are not displayed. Here are some screenshots for example. However, this issue occurs with any radio station. On the other hand, Spotify works correctly. All the images are displayed as expected. I encountered this bug after updating to the latest version.
I would greatly appreciate your feedback to determine if this is a common issue or just my personal problem.

So I wrote that I contacted B&O technical support and they couldn’t reproduce the issue. I want to know if anyone else using B&O Radio in the 7.5.1.260424517 app has encountered the same problem where the radio station logos don’t display.
Although Spotify is displayed correctly-

BRONZE MemberI also just tested Mozart (Balance) vs ASE (BS2 gen1) and at first I thought I had something. With the BS2, the icon did not show in the play screen (the thumbnail showed in the browse screen), but I switched to another device and then back and then it showed. Also, when it did not show, it did show a box with a question mark (?). You don’t even get that. It’s like it’s not even trying.

BRONZE MemberThank you, Stan, for your participation and your time)) It’s very valuable for me) In general, the story is strange. I sometimes have a picture on some radio stations, but most of the time I don’t. A couple of people in my region have the same problem. I have Emerge (Mozart). In your region, everything is mostly fine. It’s possible that the servers are slow and don’t load the picture for certain regions, or there’s a software error at the level of filtering traffic at the entrance to the country. But it is already clear that this is not related to wi-fi, equipment, or the smartphone, its memory, etc., as it is widespread in your region, but in other regions, it works normally in some places and partially incorrectly in others.
