I had the same problem, that the sled touched the back of the cd´s.

The thing that fixed it, was to straighten  the rocker arm, using as small hammer, and “bend” it the other way.

I could feel the rocker arm was bend, when laying it on a flat surface, it was “rocking”. After som delicate hammer work, it was straightened.

I also inspected the rubber piece which was worn slightly. I turned it 90 degrees.
