      I had this same problem, had to send it back to a repair shop who fiddled with it for a while. Eventually it was mailed back to bang and Olufsen for service.

      the product support specialist who was able to resolve the problem is named Angel Resto.  I might call B&O support and see if you can get ahold of that invidiual since they just solved this same problem for me last month.
