Try to take off the cam wheel and clean it thoroughly with water and soap and/or isopropylalcohol. All the levers should move freely including the cobber ones. There should be NO grease or oil on it.
That has helped me more than once.

I’m not sure I understand your question. The solder connections all look sound. By rewiring are you planning to replace the wire? These are simply terminals so as long as they match the other side’s wiring the order doesn’t matter.

The turntable hums, so I plan to remove all wires, clean everything up an re solder everything back hoping that that will take care of it.

Good to hear – I hope it keeps working!

I meant to say, it could also be worth checking that your M3 is at the latest SW level – it should be at 6.5.57689.212515568 which was released on 22 October 2025.  Full details of this and earlier versions are listed in the release notes here:  https://update.bang-olufsen.com/products/b4ebddbebc6542ad87534e36f49d6a9a

    Thanks.

Yes the software is fully updated.

    Hi Guy,

    Thank you.

No haven’t tried that, will do so when I’m back home tomorrow and report back.

I spoke with B&O support today and they suggested that it could be due to my mesh network..

    Thanks
    Peter
