I have already taken everything out of the unit.

Is this the part I should lubricate, and can I use this grease?

You write that it is possible to adjust the gearbox between light and heavy.
How do you do this? Do you mean that you adjust it by how much grease you apply, or do you adjust it in some other way?

Now I know that I shouldn’t look for something that doesn’t exist atleast!

Did you manage to get rid of the noisyness? Was there any other rubber inside?
