    Thanks for all of your inventive solutions, I’m not sure if I could realise any of the adapted designs but I am very grateful for the time you’ve taken to help.

    out of interest, I know the 10-40 and 10-46 share the same stand but could anyone confirm that the ‘spider’ bracket (good description Tignum) between the tv and stand are also common to both sizes of tv ?
