Hello. I have recently bought a similar model, the Beogram 3000, and i’m having the same issue, though i am not sure how to implement your solution. While it does look like my motor hangs free in the springs, how can i check or be sure? If i gently apply a force to it, i can move it in any direction (except up or down). Thanks in advance.
