Hello everyone,

I just got a brand new woofer, and I already replaced the broken one on the left side.

The new woofer works great, but now no sound comes from the right side of Beolab 3500.

What could be the cause?

Maybe when I reconnected the beolab 3500, the master link plug was not properly plugged?

I will check it out…

The problem is that BS5 does not always apply the same rule.

Sometimes BS5 classify the album under the first letter, sometimes under the first letter of the second word.

And I don’t know how to make that BS5 apply always the same rule.
