From what I was told, there’s no way to do the update yourself unless you’ve got their service kit. I had to bring mine in, and after that everything paired smoothly. Around the same time at work we switched to activecalls for handling clients, and it kind of reminded me how older setups sometimes just need that upgrade to click.
