It looks the same on the other side.
Bottom is plain and black, apprx 20x65mm.

I do not recognitie it as a B&O part, but it might still be one. Looks to me as something that is to be pushed in some kind of frame (with the 4 upstanding feet). And keep two cables/wires apart from each other on both sides.

Mystery solved.
It’s not a B&O part.

Actually, it was recognized as a foot for a vintage cassette tape carousel.  🤓
