BRONZE MemberHi,
I have a Beosound 9000 which is connected to a pair of beolab 8000s, I have recently purchased a NL/ML Converted as i wanted to be able to controll it via the b&o app. I have just added a beosound 2 to the set up and it sounds great, however no matter what i try I still get a delay. the audio coming out of the 8000’s and beosound 2 doesn’t sync even with the lowest delay setting in sound sync. Any idea how to fix this? have tried chaning the delay with no luck. Thanks

The simplest solution in your case would be to connect the BL8000 to the BLC (NL/ML converter). Set the BLC as VMaster (do not connect speakers to the BS9000).
To use a remote and simple start the BLC you could add a BLC IR-eye to the mix.19 April 2026 at 13:28 #123335Isaac Nix
BRONZE MemberI’ve tried that however I can’t get the 8000s to play anything? Any ideas how I can? The blc is set to vmaster and 8000s are connect to to power link input

Maybe one of the the next work-arounds will work:
- start the BS9000 with the B&o app; choose the BLC; start CD; then JOIN the BS2; then increase the volume on the BLC (all be done in the app)
- depending on the type of the BS2; if it is an Beolink ASE type of product, set the BS9000 as primary linked product of the BS1 and check the boxes of the local sources added from the BS9000 (after you have set it as a primary connected product).
note: to check which type of BS2 you have, open the app, choose the BS2, then go to Setting, then do you see Configuration? If so.. do open the Configuration. Then you should see a black screen with different options. This confirms that you have an ASE B&o NL product.

BRONZE MemberHi
Still no luck getting any sound out of the beolab 8000’s while plugged directly into the BLC via Powerlink. Still getting a delay, have reconnect the beolab 800’s into the BS9 and linked with the BS2 via the app still a delay. Not sure what youre refrencing when you are saying make the Beosound 9000 the primary linked product. the beosound 2 is linked to the BLC via app

BRONZE MemberPerhaps not completely related, but I am using a Beosound 9000 with both wired and wireless speakers. Wireless is via a Beosound Core. I cannot use wired and wireless simultaneously without delay issues due to wireless processing. I can broadcast from an external source to BSCore>BS9000 and include both wired and any other wireless speakers without delay as the wireless processing is upstream of the wired speakers. However if using the BS9000 as a source, then either wired speakers only or wireless speakers only are required to avoid audio delay conflicts.
