Request for help with Beolink Multiroom

Hi everyone, could anyone offer some help or guidance using the B&O app please?

I have three Multiroom products, Shape, Core & Contour TV.

When my Contour TV is active, I am unable to ‘link’ the output to my Core or Shape. When I press the ‘Link’ icon, the Shape & Core do not appear.

However if I play a source on either the Core or Shape I can ‘link’  the Contour TV

I hope the screenshots will explain my issues.

Does anyone have any advice or opinions please?
