Horizon 48 start problem

Bought a Horizon who would start and stop after some time and after reset bij taking off the mains power again would work for a while .

But at home just a green light and nothing else happening . So looking for the reset button off the Horizon but can’t find it ?

Help needed with tips and ways to find out ? Thanks
