HDMI to DVI and Sound

I’m looking for a solution to connect AppleTV 3.gen (with HDMI out) to my B&O Beocenter 6 – 23 HD-R EU  that has only DVI and phono.

Do you know of anything that works?

You may not experience HDCP problems if your BV6-23 is HD-R.
