Hi – I’m trying to add a Beolit 12 in the B&O app. The app detects the Beolit 12 and shows it “Nearby” but crashes when I select “Next”. Same behavior on iOS and Android. Anyone able to add a Beolit 12?

      s/w version is Date 2012-03-26 /Version 1.02.12 and I did try a software update.

Same here with a Beoplay A8, aperently known bug but not very high on their priority list.

It is best to complain to the helpdesk too.

You probably won’t succeed unless you connect the device via ethernet cable to your homenetwork.

Usually updating the software (of the Beolit 12/Beoplay A8) solves this problem…..once you have gained access to it.

My A8 Is on latest software and was on ethernet too.

Support told me it’s a known bug, and I had to wait until it is solved

Just got the same answer: “Our development team is already aware of this issue and they are working on a fix.”
