Hi, currently having a sound loss issue on the R channel of both speakers. This has happened intermittently previously, but now seems a permanent issue.
both speakers are wired seperately, and directly to the BS with PL cables, and i have an BG3300 turntable connected to the Aux in.
all cables purchased from sounds heavenly.
i have swapped around speaker/cable/pl output in all configurations and still have no sound through the R channel on either speaker.
if i connect headphones to the 3.5mm socket, both audio chanels function correctly through all balance settings.
Any help would be greatly received in helping eliminating possible things i’ve missed before i pack it all up and send to Multicare for repair, as i’m uncertain as to whether its a bs9000, bl8000 or cabling issue.
