SILVER MemberHi all, I’ve had a good search through and can’t find any similar instances of this issue.
It seems I have a faulty amp in my Shape and wanted to see if anyone was aware of common faults or fixes?
On startup from cold, either first thing in the morning or after standby for a couple of hours, the red warning light flashes after initiating an audio source (both powerlink or something via the Core).
Turning it off and on again seems to clear the issue, however occasionally there is slight crackle for the first minute or so of use when the Core is the source.
The Core has been swapped out for another with no change, so does seem to be the amp. The amp has also had a factory reset etc. I’ve tried it with just powerlink as input, just Core as input etc…
I understand the amp also isn’t a repairable item, just swap? Sadly its out of warranty now.
Any insights or help appreciated!
Thanks, Tom
