Beosound 5 Encore

Hi ,

I do hope somebody can help me  _ I have a Beosound 5 Encore that powers up and goes into the Power Save On/Off  – From there to the Select Country but No matter what Country I select it goes back int the Power Save Menu again and again in a Loop. Have tried Reset but the same Issue.

Have you managed to put it into service mode to restore the factory settings yet? It requires a specific key combination to do this. Go to **Settings**, press **<** twice, then **GO**; next, select **Maintenance** and press **GO**.
Select **RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS** and press **GO**.

Dear Jan , Thankyou so much for your reply. I dismantled the entire Beosound 5 Encore ( Have made a detailed PDF of the process ) I took out the Sandisk 8GB MicroSD card and replaced it with a New Fat32 formatted card and reassembled the BS5e. And it is working absolutely fine. The only problem that I am having with it is that it’s not loading my entire music Collection on my Mac Mini M4. I am using N Music via Firestream DLNA from the App Store ( It recognises the Server on the BS5e. Any suggestions on a Server ). Thankyou for reaching out to me. Warm Regards Sanjay
