Beoremote one: my botton

Dear all,

i encounter a problem regarding the setting of my bottons on Beoremote one.
The remote is used in BEO4 AV modus (so for controlling IR based products).

Formerly I had set the first my botton (top left) to “light” in order to control my LC2 light dimmers. It worked perfect until recently the botton was no longer linked to “light”.

I tried to reset this but now only 5 out of a total of 6 bottons show up in the list of programmable bottons. The left top one is missing.
what can I do to reset this? Any ideas are welcome and appreciated.
