Beoremote One BT loses connection.

I am just a few weeks into ownership of a Beoremote One BT. It has lost contact with my two BT connected products a number of times. This morning I went to my dealer to report the issue. There were no real answers. When I got home it failed to communicate with my M5. I had to reboot the M5 (power off) to reconnect. It did however…………really slowly………still have contact with the Beoconnect Core. But it has also lost contact with this previously. Has anyone else had any comparable issues? So frustrating for such a premium product?
