Hi. I have an BeoRemote One (New) there the display has begin to loosen from the upper corner. Is there anybody who can tell if the display is attached with some kind of tape or glue? Is it possible to loosen the whole display and and attache it again with double sided tape or some kind of glue? Very grateful for any kind of tips.

24 January 2023 at 14:22 #43283I can’t view the attachment because it comes up as a heic file. Can you ‘insert image’ instead using the picture icon above the visual box that you type in? Many thanks!
24 January 2023 at 14:55 #43284I don’t know if this works but I’ll try.

25 January 2023 at 14:26 #43288Hi. My guarantee is no longer valid so can I use some glue to repair it by my self?
Regards ABO.
25 January 2023 at 14:35 #43289I’d ask my dealer anyway.
This is not supposed to be so, even after garantie.
How old is it – has you had any fluid spilled on it or so?Also, you could buy a new insert/inlay and reuse the housing, if you don’t have success with glue.

25 January 2023 at 14:46 #43290It was buyed from a serious dealer who buy and sells preowned Beo products. This remote was newer used according him. I received it with original package and plastic film on the display. No fluid has never spilled on it, I am very careful with my products. The display started to loosen after 2 days after I received it.

26 January 2023 at 16:29 #43291Hi B&O friends. I have just fixed the problem with the loosen display on Beoremote One.
It is attached with doublesided thin tape.

28 January 2023 at 17:48 #43293Hi. What kind of tools do I have to get (cable, software etc) to program my Beo6 remote. I bought it used with factory setting. Nothing happens when I touch the the display.
I’m going to use it with Beosound 3000.
// ABO5 July 2023 at 13:43 #43294Hi folks. My Halo looses connection to Wi-Fi shortly after installation. I have tryed with factory settings and reinstall several times but the problem remains. My other B&O products Core, Stage, Beosound1 have no problems to keep connection. I have been in touch with Beo support several times with various kind of solutions but nothing helps. Is there anybody who has a clue what it can be?.
Regards ABO.
