Hi,
I recently got Beoremote Halo. I am able to connect it to B&O app and add products.
For some reason it doesn’t connect to any products.
I get error message: “Beosound Level (not connected). Unable to connect to Beosound Level. Make sure the product is switched on.” I have restarted Level and my wifi router. Same happens with all my products.
It has latest firmware 1.6.1262.
Could someone help please? Any ideas why it doesn’t connect?
Thanks.

It seems to connect to Stage and Beoplay M3. Level and Beosound 1 doesn’t work.
12 October 2023 at 12:33 #49538Which Software version of Halo are you using?
12 October 2023 at 12:51 #49539It’s 1.6.1262.
But I think I managed to get it work. I tested with different Wifi channels on my router and I got my main speakers (Beosound Level, Beosound 1 and Beosound Stage) to connect.
Do you know is it possible to mute the Halo? I’m talking about the system sounds like when you are adjusting volume. Based on what I found online it’s not possible but double checking. It’s weird that there’s no option in settings, just brightness can be adjusted. Thought this would be easy to implement.
Thanks.
9 July 2024 at 16:13 #57320I am having this same problem with a Halo I just bought 2nd hand. App talks to remote just fine. Remote shows up in router just fine. Upgraded to newest software release just fine. However, remote cannot see any of my devices.
I am curious what you may have done when you say you used “different wifi channels”.
Anyone have any insight here? Could my Orbi mesh network be the problem (even though all my other devices – BLC, Balance, BS1, BS2, M3 all work fine)?
Halo information on the internet is sparse.
Thanks in advance.
