BeoRemote Halo failing update

Hi All

I am trying to update the BeoRemote Halo but this keeps failing through the B&O App.

I have also created a custom page in the BLI interface for the Halo but this keeps failing to upload. Halo remote says offline even though it’s on the network and working with all systems on the beolink.

I suppose this could be due to the old software?

Is there a way to factory reset and try again?

Update worked fine. There was no sign it was updating.
