Beoremote Halo dosen’t show Multiroon (JOIN) on Display

Hello everyone,

Maybe someone can help me.

I have a problem where the Halo does not display the multiroom symbol (also called JOIN?) to the left of the favorite buttons.

Does anyone know this problem and have an explanation or solution?
