Hi all,
hoping someone can help….
My V1 seems to have lost the connection with my home network for some reason. Only noticed as I tried to ‘join’ with another audio product.
It’s hard wired to the network and when I look on the settings all of the values for up address etc are ‘’0’.Have checked in the Google home app and the product is showing as offline, everything else is working as it should. Can anyone help in any way?
thanks in advance
James
31 March 2023 at 19:06 #45139Sounds like the physical network connection is lost. Have you tried connecting something else, like a laptop to the network connector used for the TV just to rule out if its the TV or the network connection.
regarding Google Home, have you been able to see it there before? My V1 cannot be found by the google Home App.
31 March 2023 at 20:49 #45140Hey, thanks for your response. I should have added that I have tried the Ethernet connector on my Apple TV and it works absolutely fine. And yes the V1 has always been visible under devices on the Google home app (iPhone version).
31 March 2023 at 20:55 #45141I’ve attached a pic so you can see what the network config screen is saying.
1 April 2023 at 18:51 #45142A quick thought maybe try to change the IP settings to manual, and apply and afterwards change back to automatic. Other than that it a reset to factory setting is also something to try, but you will loose all other settings
2 April 2023 at 12:08 #45143Thanks for your help gents, seems power cycling the router and TV together solved the problem.
2 April 2023 at 12:10 #45144Great to hear 🙂
One question about the Google Home App and the V1, what can you do from the Google Home APP? Can you control some functions on the TV?
2 April 2023 at 12:35 #45145No, zero control over anything.

3 April 2023 at 21:17 #45146I’m new to this forum and I’m hoping someone still has this sw update available. Saw a link on old forum, but the link doesn’t work
I own a BeoPlay V1 -40 with old SW.
As some others described as well I’m not able to update neither SW nor PUC list via WiFi or ethernet.
This is why I’m desperately looking for the last SW Version to download and update via USB.
The version I’m looking for is this one from 2016: 1.0.11.37484
Does anyone of you still have that version somewhere on an old PC/Mac or so and can share it with me?
Thanks a lot!

Well I am, new, and are not able to register on the archived forum, as capcha isn’t working. So I am not sure how to proceed, or shall I contact Keith Saunders?

How did you end up solving the problem?
Did you receive the firmware version?
Could you possibly help me with the same issue? -
