Joris Allewijn
BRONZE MemberHi BM% users,
Is there anybody who has succeeded in replacing the original harddisk from the Beomaster 5 for a SSD? Accessing and changing maps is rather slow now.
Thanks in advance,
Joris

Beoworld member Rendboell shared a lot of detail of how he has been doing so, and I followed his description carefully. It involved taking out the HDD and cloning it to the SSD with a cloning device. And also using a specific type of SSD. Check this thread carefully: https://forum.beoworld.org/forums/topic/beomaster-5-motherboard/.
Hope this helps!
Regards, Johan
