BRONZE MemberHi all, I have a pair of Beolab 9s, lovely speakers but the bass seems a bit out of whack: it booms even when they are set in the corner position of the bias switch. I see there are 3 rheostats in the back panel and wondered if someone had played with them at some stage. The service manual says that the speaker adjustment level should be on a label on the individual drivers but I can only find barcodes / serial numbers. Anyone know where I can find what the factory settings were? Currently all three are set at 4, in the middle of the range. Serial numbers is 20743751. If anyone has any information I would be most grateful.
regards,Dave
