Beogram TX platter mat

Hello all!

While I’m aware that using turntable mats on these turn tables, I wanted to get options on thin paper mats. My platter is pretty ugly due to come cleaning damage and coming across a spare has been a needle in a haystack mission. I recently came across these TEAC TA-TS30UN Washi paper turntable mats. The are ultra thin mats made of paper. They are exactly 1mm thick and I’m thinking there is no impact to the function of the table at that thickness. Any thoughts?
