Can anyone tell why there is 2 different din connectors for Beogram 5500 ? 5pin connector and 7pin connector. Below is the 7pin connector that has 2 bottom (thicker) pins as extra.

4 November 2022 at 23:15 #40510 Mark-sfBRONZE MemberThe extra pins in the 7-pin one carry the Datalink signal to Beomaster receivers for remote control. The pins can be unscrewed to use with a DIN-RCA adaptor.
