BRONZE MemberI’d like to connect Beogram 2000 (1983 model) to Beosound Ouverture. Ouverture supports DataLink via AUX input but doesn’t have pre-amp.
It should be possible as shown in this video:
Any ideas how this can be achieved? Is there external pre-amp that supports DataLink passthrough?

20 May 2026 at 22:40 #123680 Mark-sfBRONZE MemberYes there is though not inexpensive at https://www.designedav.com/connect-bo-turntable-to-modern-systems. You can make one yourself with 7-Pin DIN male and female connectors where the L/R signal uses male RCA connectors to connect to an external phono preamp and pins 6 & 7 are directly connected with a wire between bypassing the preamp.
