GOLD MemberHi,
I’m experiencing an unusual issue with one of my BeoCom 6000 phones. Whenever I receive a call, the phone immediately powers off. After that, I can turn it back on without any problem and make outgoing calls without any issues—it works perfectly.
Does anyone know why it shuts down when receiving calls? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Guy-

ModeratorThat sounds like a battery problem. Try swapping batteries between your BC6000s and see if the problem moves too!

I tried swapping the batteries, but it doesn’t help.

ModeratorHave you tried a handset reset? Process varies according to model, so is your a Mk1 (with dot to left of circle button) or Mk2 (with INT button to left of circle button)?
If Mk1 handset:
Reset handset: Press (dot) 7 000 9
If Mk2 Handset:
Access Service Menu by pressing 9#9#9✱INT then scroll to ‘reset handset’ and press centre button.
