Beocom 6000 phone Rep/Battery

Hello I have a Beocom 6000 Telephone Handset, that needs a new battery. There are a couple of options I have seen on eBay, but not sure which one to get . Which one is recommended?, from anywhere. There’s one that’s $18 and another one at around $10 on eBay.
