      Hello All,

My Beocenter 9500 buttons have stopped working, and supposedly it’s a faulty controller PCB assembly.

Dose anyone know how to repair or where I could find a replacement?

      I have attached photos.

any help would be greatly appreciated

just want to save my beautiful Hi-Fi I’ve owned since the 90s

      Many thanks

      michael

Have you checked if the lower glass panel has come lose?
If the glass comes away from its plastic holders, the conductive rubber bumpers will no longer
        have contact.
It can also happen, if the glass was fastened using very thick tape.

          Hey mate

          Thank you for your reply

Unfortunately it’s not the glass, because the buttons are still not working when you touch the rubber bumpers directly

          Regards

          Michael

Have you checked the backup battery?

              Hey mate

              i haven’t.

when you keep your finger on the rubber bumper, they flash for a second
