Beocenter 7000 STANDBY or ON?

Some advice please… I have a Beocenter 7000 that I use daily for a few hours. Should it be left in standby or ON with the clock showing etc? I’m not worried about power usage, just what will put least stress on the circuitry.

Note: It does make a small pop through the speakers whenever it wakes from standby.
