    Hi everybody,

Hope this finds you well. I must say I’ve been away from this forum for a long time, and away from B&O as well, in fact.

Anyhow, I’ve moved recently and when trying to use a good old BC2300, I was surprised to see doors open when switching system on, and close only when switching off. doors open and close smoothly, I assume this is not a belt issue. Sensors are working as well, doors open when I wave hand close to the operation panel, but then do not close.

    Any input regarding this welcome!

    BR, Laurent.

    Hi and welcome back!

Have a read of this thread – the doors/sensors are basically the same as the BC2500 so there may be some common ground:ย ย https://forum.beoworld.org/forums/topic/beocenter-2500-door-issue/

Thank you for the input, Guy, this BC2300 is indeed paired with BL3s, and it looks like both products are weirdly not compatible… another surprise B&O never stopped to offer its owners….

Best regards from the French alps,

    Laurent.

Interesting! It would be great if you could do some experiments with the BL3s further away from the BC2300, or even unplugged, to see if the door problem goes away. I’d be interested to hear back.
