BRONZE MemberHi all. New here! I own quite a few B+O components including Beomaster 6000, Beocord 8004, and RX2 and 6002 turntable, and a few more receivers that are at my sonโs place for cleaning.
I was wondering which turntable is better. My RX2 or my 6002. Both work great but I need to start selling my collection! Thanks in advance!

FOUNDER MemberThe 6002 was an interesting deck โ looks very like anย 8002 but in reality is far more like a 4002 โ does not have the tangental drive for the platter but is belt drive. None the less is a good turntable though has slightly reduced remote control features โ again not a big issue.
The RX2 was a cheaper deck and obviously a radial tracking deck and I donโt think has any Datalink so not remote control. Good looking though โ my brother had the earlier version, the 1800. Sounds good as well. The 6002 will be the better choice with the BM6000 though so unless you are selling the system, I would keep the 6002.
I think in my time I have had almost all the Beograms โ my favourites are the 4000 series though the best sounding is the 3000 Thorens.
