I finally managed to get some help from B&O Support, who confirmed that a replacement motherboard for the Horizon can be ordered by the repair station.
BUT (there’s always a but…), I have to bring the TV to the repair station. They will remove the motherboard, send it back to B&O, and only then will B&O send a replacement to the repair station. Once the new board is installed, I can pick up the TV.
In the past, the repair station could simply order the part, come to my home, and replace it on-site.
Premium brand, disappointing service and support — what more can I say?
